What is Counsel?
A private room beside the buyer thread. Ask = discuss only. Agent = send, note, or tag. Teammates can join. The buyer never sees the panel.
Does AI pick up the thread by itself?
Yes. New chats can route to a seat, and the AI agent can greet and work from your knowledge base until a human joins.
Can I write how the agent should behave?
Persona & rules are editable. The knowledge base is shared by AI and humans. The model should not invent SKUs or prices.
Can I start without paying?
Yes. Free is website chat, 5 seats, and monthly AI credits. Data is kept. Pro is $20/mo when you add social inboxes.
Which channels can I use?
Website widget is on Free today. WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and other social inboxes are on Pro.
